Head & Neck Surgery / Oncology
The head and neck region includes vital structures responsible for breathing, swallowing, speech, and sensory function. At ENT Care Centre, we provide advanced diagnostic and surgical care for benign and malignant conditions of the head and neck, including thyroid swellings, salivary gland disorders, neck masses, cysts, and tumors.
Our evaluation process includes ultrasound, FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology), CT/MRI scans, and endoscopic examination to determine the nature and extent of the disease. Dr. Shikhar Gupta adopts a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating with oncologists and radiologists to ensure accurate diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning.
For benign lesions such as thyroid nodules or salivary gland stones, we perform minimally invasive surgeries like thyroidectomy or sialendoscopy. In cases of head and neck cancer, treatment may involve tumor excision with clear margins, neck dissection, and reconstructive surgery, followed by adjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapy as needed.
Our emphasis lies in organ preservation, cosmetic outcomes, and functional rehabilitation, enabling patients to return to normal life as quickly as possible. Every procedure is conducted with utmost precision, ensuring minimal scarring and faster recovery.
Whether it’s a small lump or a complex oncological condition, early diagnosis is key. At ENT Care Centre, patients receive compassionate guidance from consultation to recovery, ensuring safety, clarity, and confidence at every step of their treatment journey.
